One of the highlights of 2024 so far was the return of the National Home Show at the Enercare Centre in Toronto, the largest home show in North America and Weston Premium Woods was thrilled to participate in showcasing our Tantimber thermally modified decking product line.
In collaboration with Quebec-based Maisons Bonneville Homes, Weston Premium Woods provided a stable, secure and beautifully constructed walkway deck attaching Bonneville’s Feature Home and Garden Loft.
The design exuded sleekness and refinement, with wood milling and grain patterns so precise that many show attendees initially mistook the materials for a composite product!
Our innate desire to connect with natural materials brought about many smiles and great conversations with the crowd, show-goers, and other vendors alike once we informed them that Tantimber is a thermally-modified, sustainable and eco-friendly product that is sourced through North American White Ash.
With a hidden clipping system to avoid face screwing, and end matching of the deck boards to avoid needing to land on the joists, the finished look was an absolute hit! Thank you to everyone who attended this year’s show and we look forward to seeing you next year!
